Delete Your Realsi Account
You can permanently request deletion of your Realsi account and the personal data associated with it. You don't need to install or reinstall the Realsi app — verify the email address on your account below and submit the request here.
Verify your account
We'll email a secure verification link so only the account holder can request deletion. We never confirm whether an email address has an account.
What is deleted
- Your profile, profile photo, handle, bio and location details
- Your posts, photos and videos, and your saved profile videos
- Comments, likes, followers and following relationships
- Chat messages and request messages you sent
- App preferences, device and push-notification tokens
- Reviews you wrote and location data tied to your account
- Your login credentials — all sessions and sign-in tokens are revoked
What may be retained, and why
Records of completed payments, payouts, refunds, tips, disputes, safety reports and related payment-processor references may be kept where we are required to for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or regulatory purposes. These records are stripped of personal detail and are kept as financial history only — they do not keep your public Realsi profile active. Once deletion is processed your account, profile and content no longer appear anywhere in Realsi.
How long it takes
Most deletions finish immediately. If your account has an unfinished payment, pending payout or open dispute, we settle that first so nobody loses money they're owed — usually within 7 days, and always within 30 days. Retained financial records are kept for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years) and then removed.
