1. Information we collect
Account details (name, username, email, city), profile photo, and the content of your requests and messages. When you stream live, we collect your real-time location so viewers can see you're on the way.
2. Location privacy
Public request listings show only a fuzzy area, never an exact address. Exact addresses are shared only with the streamer after they accept your request. Live streamer location is shared only while a stream is live and stops when the stream ends.
3. How we use it
To run the marketplace, process payments, show relevant nearby requests, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share the minimum needed to complete a request (for example, an address with your accepted streamer). We may disclose information to comply with the law or investigate violations.
5. Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete your account, and stop sharing location at any time. Delete your account in the app under Profile → Security → Delete account, or from the web at realsi.app/delete-account. Deleting removes your profile, content and personal data; some payment, tax and fraud-prevention records are retained where required by law.
