Account details (name, username, email, city), profile photo, and the content of your requests and messages. When you stream live, we collect your real-time location so viewers can see you're on the way.
Public request listings show only a fuzzy area, never an exact address. Exact addresses are shared only with the streamer after they accept your request. Live streamer location is shared only while a stream is live and stops when the stream ends.
To run the marketplace, process payments, show relevant nearby requests, and keep the service safe. We don't sell your personal information.
We share the minimum needed to complete a request (for example, an address with your accepted streamer). We may disclose information to comply with the law or investigate violations.
You can edit your profile, delete your account, and stop sharing location at any time. Contact us to access or delete your data.
